These General Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of vehicle rental services provided by Gama Rent A Car (“Gama”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By signing the rental agreement or taking possession of the vehicle, the user (“you”, “client”, “driver”) accepts all the terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Vehicle Pick-Up Locations

Gama Rent A Car operates at the following locations in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia:
– Belgrade Center: Deligradska 27
– Belgrade Airport: Marka Čelebonovića 16
– Gama Headquarters: Batajnički drum 14. deo 2

2. Vehicle Rental Requirements

2.1 Minimalna i Maksimalna Starost Vozača

Note: Surcharges apply for drivers aged 21–25 and 70–75.

2.3 Neophodna Dokumentacija

– Valid national driver’s license
– Valid passport or ID card
– International permit is not mandatory, except for countries that use non-Latin/non-Cyrillic alphabets
– Chinese licenses are accepted only with a notarized translation

3. Available Vehicle Categories

– Mopeds
– Mini cars (e.g. Fiat 500, Toyota Aygo)
– Economy vehicles (e.g. Opel Corsa, VW Polo)
– Full-size SUV vehicles (e.g. BMW X5, Audi Q7)

6. Cross Border Travel Rules

– Travel outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia is strictly prohibited.
– Violation of this rule may result in termination of the contract and legal consequences.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Načini Plaćanja

– Cash: only in dinars (RSD) in accordance with the laws of the National Bank of Serbia.
– Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express.

7.2 Sigurnosni Depozit

– A deposit is mandatory and will be blocked on the client’s credit card before rental.
– The deposit amount corresponds to the deductible for the selected vehicle.
– Cash and debit cards are not accepted for the deposit.

8. Vehicle Condition and Return Rules

– The vehicle is delivered clean, technically sound, and with a full tank.
– The user must return the vehicle in the same condition.
– Missing fuel is charged at market price + €25 + VAT.
– Late returns are additionally charged.
– All damages are assessed and charged according to the Gama service report.

9. Insurance and Liability

– The rental price includes basic third-party liability insurance.
– Additional insurance to reduce liability is possible only with a separate agreement.
– The client is liable for damages up to the amount of the deductible, except in the case of gross negligence.

10. Traffic Violations and Fines

– The user is fully responsible for all traffic violations, fines, tolls, and the like.
– Gama has the right to charge an administrative fee of €40 + VAT per incident.
– Unpaid fines are forwarded to the competent authorities with the user’s data.

11. Jurisdiction and Application of Law

– All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
– The Basic Court in Belgrade has jurisdiction.

12. Amendments and Validity of Terms

– The terms are subject to change without prior notice.
– The current version is available at all Gama Rent A Car locations.
– In case of translation discrepancies, the Serbian version shall prevail.
