To rent a vehicle, you need to provide a valid driver’s license, ID card, or passport. An international driver’s license is not mandatory unless the domestic license is issued in a non-Latin or non-Cyrillic script. Chinese licenses are accepted only with an official translation certified by a notary.
Yes. The minimum age depends on the vehicle category: 18 years for mopeds, 21 for mini and economy vehicles, and 25 years for SUV models. The maximum allowed age for drivers is 75 years. Additional fees apply for drivers between 21–25 and 70–75 years of age.
No. Traveling outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the rental agreement, which may lead to termination of the agreement and legal consequences.
A deposit is mandatory and is blocked on the client’s credit card before the start of the rental. The amount of the deposit depends on the vehicle category. Cash and debit cards are not accepted for deposit payments.
The vehicle must be returned in the condition it was picked up, clean and with a full tank. Otherwise, additional fees will be charged: €25 + fuel price for refueling, €50 for extreme dirtiness, and up to €500 for chemical cleaning and detailing.
Yes, Gama Rent allows vehicle pick-up and return outside of business hours with an additional fee of €30. It is necessary to announce and confirm this service with an operator in advance.
